Policy
Changes and cancellations
- You can change the date and time of your booking once, up to 3 business days before your visit.
- More than 48 hours before: free
- From 48 to 24 hours before: 50% of the total
- Within 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the total (no refund)
- If the salon has to cancel, you get a full refund.
- If you arrive late, the salon will shorten the service for delays of up to 15 minutes. Beyond 15 minutes, the booking may be treated as a no-show (100% of the total).
- These rules also apply to cancellations for reasons beyond your control, such as flight cancellations or delays, weather or natural disasters. Please check with your travel insurer whether you are covered.

Do I need a reservation?
Yes. We have a limited number of seats, so we recommend booking ahead. Same-day visits are possible if a seat is open.

It depends on the service. Each menu item shows an estimated duration.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club). Credit cards can be used for totals of 5,000 yen or more.
