Policy
Changes and cancellations
- You can change the date and time of your booking once, up to 3 business days before your visit.
- More than 48 hours before: free
- From 48 to 24 hours before: 50% of the total
- Within 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the total (no refund)
- If the salon has to cancel, you get a full refund.
- If you arrive late, the salon will shorten the service for delays of up to 15 minutes. Beyond 15 minutes, the booking may be treated as a no-show (100% of the total).
- These rules also apply to cancellations for reasons beyond your control, such as flight cancellations or delays, weather or natural disasters. Please check with your travel insurer whether you are covered.

Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Our salon is operated by a single stylist as a private salon. I will personally take care of everything from the consultation to the final finish. Advance booking is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome if there is availability on the day.
How long does it take?
It depends on the service. Each menu item shows an estimated duration.
How can I pay?
Payment is made in advance.
